Will I get updates while my pet is staying with you?
Yes. We share daily video updates so you can stay connected with your pet throughout the stay.
Can I visit and drop off my pet on the same day?
Yes. Tour the space, meet the care team, share your pet's care notes, and drop them off in a single visit during visiting hours, 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
Do you handle special diets and medicines?
Yes. We follow your feeding instructions and medication schedule with a written checklist for each pet.
What happens if my pet falls sick during the stay?
We inform you right away, our in-house vet checks your pet promptly, and our in-house pharmacy provides medicines if needed.
